Terms and Conditions of Four Pleasure Ltd and all associated subsidiary sites. It is a condition upon entry to the site that you are aged 18 years and over and that all products that are purchased must be purchased by persons of that age or above.

Information that you share with us will not be used by other companies outside Four Pleasure Ltd or any of its subsidiaries. It is your right to state that you do not wish to receive information about our products and services from us and you can make that choice at the time of ordering.

We endeavour for you to be happy with all the products that you purchase, however should you be unsatisfied the following returns policy should be applied. In order that a refund can be given, your order must be cancelled in writing within seven days of receipt and returned to us within 30 days. Each order has a ‘freepost’ address label which should be used to send back the items and proof of posting should be obtained. Should the product be returned without the agreed notification, then a full refund can not be given, however the products can be exchanged or a gift voucher issued.

All goods that are to be returned should be in the condition in which they were dispatched, failure to do so may invalidate any offer of refund, exchange or gift vouchers. Certain products are excluded from this returns policy, which include books, videos and DVD’s. For hygiene reasons personal items such as vibrators, anal toys, etc can not be returned once opened unless the item is faulty. Items which have been purchased in a sale on any of our sites can not be returned unless the product is faulty.
